x3 Tents 20x40 (Up to 300 Guests)

Our 20x40 Tent Package (x3 tents) is perfect for larger events, offering maximum flexibility in both layout and coverage. Each 20x40 tent comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests, with all three tents together holding up to 300 guests, depending on seating arrangements.

The rental includes up to four walls per tent, and you may choose how many walls you’d like installed for your event. The shorter ends roll up to create entrances, allowing one or both ends to remain open for improved airflow and accessibility.

The three tents may be set up separately or combined to create expanded covered spaces, depending on your event needs and site conditions.

Important Safety Notice:
If the tents are requested to be set up directly side by side to create a 40x60 configuration, this setup is only permitted in dry weather conditions. If there is any chance of rain, the tents will not be installed side by side and must remain set up separately due to safety concerns.
