01How far in advance should I book?
For weekends and peak event dates, earlier is best, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute orders. Contact Greenville Gala by phone or text at 1-(864)-740-7569 to check availability.
02Do you still rent or install tents?
No. Greenville Gala no longer rents, delivers, sets up or breaks down tent structures. We do offer professional draping and lighting services for tents that are already installed at your venue before our team arrives.
03Can I pick up my rental items?
Many rental items such as tables, chairs, linens and dinnerware may be eligible for customer pickup and return. Draping and lighting are service-based items and must be handled, installed and removed by the Greenville Gala team.
04How does delivery work?
Delivery is available and priced based on round-trip mileage. Send us your event address and we will calculate the applicable travel fee. Eligible pickup orders do not require a delivery fee.
05What areas do you serve?
We serve events throughout the Upstate and surrounding areas in South Carolina and North Carolina. Send us your venue address and we will confirm availability for your date and location.
06Is there a reservation fee?
Yes. A non-refundable 25% reservation fee is required to secure your event date and rental items. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your scheduled event date.
07Is there a cleaning fee for linens?
No. There is no cleaning fee for linens. However, if linens are returned heavily stained or permanently damaged by red wine or other substances and cannot be restored for future rental use, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the damaged items. The replacement charge will be equal to the amount you rented that item from Greenville Gala.
08Is setup and breakdown included?
Setup and breakdown are not included in the standard rental price. Greenville Gala offers setup and breakdown of tables and chairs for an additional $1 per table and $1 per chair. For example, if your chair rental rate is $3 per chair, the rate would be $4 per chair when setup and breakdown are added.
