Description
Our 20x40 Tent Package (x2 tents) is ideal for events of all sizes, offering exceptional flexibility and coverage. Each 20x40 tent comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests, with both tents together holding up to 200 guests, depending on seating arrangements.
The rental includes up to four walls per tent, and you may choose how many walls you’d like installed for your event. The shorter ends roll up to create entrances, allowing you to leave one or both ends open to suit your layout needs.
The two tents can be set up separately or combined to create a larger covered space:

Important Safety Notice:
The 40x40 side-by-side setup is only available in dry weather conditions. If there is any chance of rain, the tents will not be installed side-by-side due to safety concerns. In such cases, the tents will be set up separately or in an alternative safe configuration.
This versatile setup provides flexibility for airflow, accessibility, and privacy, making it an excellent choice for weddings, parties, corporate events, and outdoor gatherings.
