How to find your portrait
Each order is listed using the first letter of your first name, a dash (-), and the first three letters of your last name.
Taylor Rodriguez → T-ROD
If you ordered more than one portrait, a number appears next to your code, such as T-ROD#1 / T-ROD#2.
About rush orders
Only clients who have paid the $75 rush fee to receive their portrait by a specific date appear under the Rush Orders section when applicable.
Queue order is approximate and may shift based on rush orders.

All estimated completion dates are approximate and subject to change. While I do my best to stay on schedule, rush orders, unexpected life circumstances, and other responsibilities can sometimes affect my timeline.
I'm a wife, a mom of three, a business owner alongside my husband, and currently pursuing flight school to earn my pilot's license. Painting is something I genuinely love, and I put time, care, and attention into every portrait I create.
At my current pace, I complete approximately 1–2 portraits each week, and I paint more whenever my schedule allows.
Standard Orders
Portraits are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Any estimated completion date is not a guaranteed deadline.
Rush Orders
Clients who have paid the $75 rush fee receive priority for their agreed-upon completion date. Rush requests must be arranged and confirmed with me.
Schedule Changes
Rush orders take priority when scheduled and may affect the estimated completion dates of standard orders.
I kindly ask that you respect the creative process and avoid asking me to rush your portrait unless you have arranged and paid for rush service. Every piece is individually hand-painted, and I want to give it the attention it deserves rather than sacrifice quality to meet an estimate.
