How far in advance should I book?
Prime dates book early — especially spring and fall weekends. If your date is soon, still reach out; we’ll confirm availability quickly.
Do you deliver and set up?
All rental pricing includes professional setup and breakdown — there are no additional labor fees for this service. Delivery is available and priced based on mileage. If you send us your event address, we will calculate the round-trip mileage and add it to your quote. At this time, delivery is required for tents, draping, and lighting. Other rental items may be eligible for customer pickup upon request, which would remove the delivery fee.
What areas do you serve?
In 2025 alone, we proudly served 50+ areas across South Carolina and North Carolina — and we’re excited to continue expanding into even more locations. Send us your venue address and we’ll confirm availability.
Is there a reservation fee?
Yes. A non-refundable 25% reservation fee is required to secure your event date and rental items. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event date.
